Cheryl is founder and president of Cunningham Inc. since 1988. She enjoys
the privilege of working with dozens of organizations through learning
processes designed to build alignment and responsibility at all levels
of the organization. Cheryl’s trademark is her upbeat, interactive
facilitation style.
Cheryl is also a frequent program presenter. Recent topics include “Building
Alignment & Accountability in Your Organization,” “Becoming
an Employer of Choice,” and “Ways to Maximize the Return on
Your Training Investment.”
Cheryl has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Illinois
State University, is past-president of the Greater Ann Arbor Society for
Human Resources and is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).
In 2002 she won a “Diversity Training Award” for her work
with Livingston 2001, a countywide diversity effort.
In 2003 Cheryl was named to a national expert panel to advise SHRM (Society
for Human Resource Management) on issues related to organizational development.

Julie Bedell

Julie is a dynamic facilitator whose delightful sense of humor keeps participants
alert and engaged. With Cunningham, Inc. since 1992, Julie draws from
her strong background in business and human resources to bring together
learning processes and performance in the workplace.
Julie designs learning experiences for maximum participant interaction
and take-home concepts applicable to today’s workplace.
Formerly a Vice-President of Human Resources, Julie has extensive experience
in financial, non-profit, and manufacturing environments. With a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration she has over 15 years of experience
in the human resource field, specializing in training on harassment prevention
and supervisory legal issues.

Stephanie Pyne

Stephanie is the founder and president of Contract Training Services Inc.,
which began in 1994. As a Cunningham, Inc. facilitator since 1999, her
easygoing training style encourages active participation and lively discussions
from those in attendance.
With 15 years of experience in education and another 15 years in the
banking industry, Stephanie is dedicated to providing customized, practical
information and resources that address many of today’s workforce
challenges.
Stephanie holds a Master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University
and is a member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA)
and the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). She is a
certified AchieveGlobal trainer in supervision, leadership and customer
service programs.

She enjoys applying her organizational flair in Cunningham, Inc.'s office
and her love for desktop publishing in preparing marketing and presentation
